State departments of education, federal agencies, and other public bodies that need to confirm an accrediting body's NCPSA status should use the accreditor verification request on our Governmental Engagement page. If you'd rather write to us directly, email works too, and we'll answer in writing so you have an official record.
NCPSA doesn't accredit individual schools, so we can't confirm a specific school's accreditation ourselves. The directory of accredited schools lists schools reported by our member associations, and the association named as a school's accreditor is the right place to confirm its status. Our Schools & Parents page explains what NCPSA recognition means for a school.
If your association is considering NCPSA membership, start with our page for accreditors, which explains the recognition process, then email the office and we'll take it from there.
Annual reports, documents, and account questions go through the Member Portal. For anything the portal doesn't cover, email or call the office.
Questions about the NCPSA Winter Meeting, our publications, or press inquiries can be sent to the office email address.
